Moxley-Kidwell Construction & Development Services, LLC, is a family owned business operated out of Frederick, Maryland. We have 20 years experience in site work and asphalt paving in Frederick County, Washington County, and Northern Montgomery County area.

We can perform all your needs including storm water management and sediment control, grading, concrete installation, asphalt paving and certified traffic control. We can also provide pond conversion work, including sand filter installation.
